We started ADbuddy because local businesses deserved a better way to reach their customers — one that is affordable, measurable, and genuinely hard to ignore.
A simple observation.
Walk into any salon. Look around. Every customer is sitting in a chair, waiting 30 to 60 minutes. Their hands are busy. Their phone is in their pocket. They are relaxed, bored, and looking for something to watch.
Now think about where local businesses spend their advertising money. Billboards people glance at for 3 seconds while driving. Social media ads that get scrolled past in 1 second. YouTube ads that get skipped the moment the button appears.
The problem was never the product or the brand. The problem was that nobody was paying full attention.
We thought — what if we put a smart TV in that salon, ran local business ads on it, and gave advertisers 60 uninterrupted minutes with a real customer who has nowhere to go and nothing else to look at?
That single observation became ADbuddy.
