Terms of Service

ADbuddy provides:

• Digital signage advertising on TV screens inside salons across Surat, plus hoarding, print, and radio placements.
• Creative production — video, graphic design, social media, website, print, and digital advertising.
• Through adbuddy.in/systems: AI workflow automation, GoHighLevel builds, and web funnel development for businesses outside India.

By booking any of these services, you agree to these terms.

There is no public rate card — every campaign and project is quoted individually based on scope (screens/duration for ad campaigns, complexity for creative and systems work). A quote is confirmed in writing (WhatsApp or email) before work begins. Payment terms are agreed at booking; we do not process card payments through this website.

We aim to have salon-screen campaigns live within 48 hours of booking confirmation and receiving your creative file. Delivery timelines for creative and systems projects are confirmed individually and depend on project complexity and how quickly feedback is provided.

Any creative we produce for you — video, design, website, or otherwise — is yours 100%, forever, once delivered and paid for. There is no ongoing licensing fee. You are responsible for ensuring any content, logos, or assets you provide to us don't infringe on someone else's rights.

Cancellation terms depend on how far into a booking or project you are — this is confirmed individually at the time of booking. For ongoing screen campaigns, unused portions of a booked, unstarted period are generally refundable; work already completed on a creative or systems project is not. Message us directly if you need to cancel or change a booking.

We're confident in what our screens, creative, and systems can do, and we're transparent with reporting — but we cannot guarantee specific sales, lead, or revenue outcomes, since those also depend on factors outside our control (your offer, market conditions, your sales follow-through). Where a monthly report or performance data is included, it reflects actual measured activity (plays, leads captured, etc.), not a promised result.

If you use the ADbuddy CMS, Partner app, Advertiser portal, or Customer app, you agree to provide accurate information and use the platform only for its intended purpose. Accounts found to be misused may be suspended.

ADbuddy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific booking or project in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Surat, Gujarat having jurisdiction, regardless of where a client is based.

We may update these terms as our services evolve. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
