ADbuddy (ADbuddy Digital Media Private Limited) operates adbuddy.in, the ADbuddy digital signage network across Surat, and adbuddy.in/systems, a separate AI-automation service for businesses outside India. This policy covers both.

We collect information you give us directly, and nothing more:

• Contact form submissions (name, business name, phone number, email, and your message) on our Contact and Systems pages.
• Information you send us on WhatsApp when you reach out to book a campaign or ask a question.
• For advertisers, partners, and salon owners using our platform: business details, campaign preferences, and account information needed to run the service (covered separately by the terms you agree to when creating an account).

We do not run visitor-tracking analytics or advertising pixels on adbuddy.in beyond what a standard web server automatically logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and reliability purposes.

• To respond to your enquiry and follow up about a campaign, quote, or system audit.
• To run the ADbuddy platform for advertisers, salon partners, and their customers (screen scheduling, play reports, wallet/settlement records).
• To improve our services and communicate updates relevant to your account or booking.

We do not sell your information to third parties.

When you contact us via WhatsApp, that conversation is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy in addition to this one. Our website is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard technical/connection data as part of delivering the site.

We keep contact and account information for as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law, and take reasonable technical measures to protect it. No online transmission or storage system is 100% secure, but we do not store payment card details on our servers — campaign payments are arranged directly, not processed through this website.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing kishan@adbuddy.in.

We may update this policy as our services evolve. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page.
